phew!

When reading the official rules and regulations for my upcoming race, I was relieved to read this: No form of locomotion other than running, walking or crawling is allowed.

Anyone have knee pads?

    um, this will be my second tri (longer distance this time around). and two running races (the 10k a few weeks back) then a half marathon at the end of august. i was bummed that i will be out of town for the century bike ride next month.

    it's been fun and gives me a goal for all my working out. plus, since i'm single, i can be selfish with my time ;)
