There was a time when my favourite "love to hate" heiress thought she should try her hand at a Donald by attempting to patent "that's hot". Thankfully, it was rejected, thereby saving us from the heaps of junk at Claire's Accessories proclaiming "that's hot."
You may wonder where this Paris diatribe is headed and I assure my readers that I am not as directionless as her. That may be a cruel jab, as she does take a lot of time to match her outfits, spends time in the studio recording and filming videos, and almost writes her own novel, but I stand by my statement. Okay, back to the point... sizzling under the summer sun, my thoughts are frequently turned to what is hot and what is not. Much like this very awkward website, it is clear that each person has a very different opinion of what is or isn't hot.
My loyal readers, I turn to you for the first of perhaps many polls. Only time will tell if it becomes a feature. The virgin Right of Way poll is related to transportation, not Ms. Hilton:

Anyone riding a Segway is definitely hot, especially when equiped with a tortoise shell style helmet.
It completely depends on the environment. I would generally say that men on scooters is not hot, but in warmer climates, I can forgive it.
Women on motorcycles? Well, this weekend I saw a lot of them and they were either definitely NOT HOT or like the one lady I saw riding her Harley with a little Harley Davidson stuffed pig riding behind her. She seemed the kind of lady that collects beanie babies 50 weeks of the year, but those other two weeks? She's a Biker Mama. So, I'd say women on motorcycles = NOT HOT.
The right man on the right scooter = hot but it's hard to come by.
Did you notice on the Claire's link that Nicky Hilton DOES have a line there?
Nobody looks hot on a scooter. Nobody. And I'll go on record right now saying that nobody looks cool on one, either. They should always take this into account before assimilating that they get 150 miles to the gallon or whatever. You drive a scooter and you shall be ridiculed. By me.
As for women on motorcycles? Nope. I don't look at them, mostly because they could hurt me real bad.

If its a Vespa, anyone looks good on a Vespa...but I'm just looking at the Vespa. However, there's a vespa gang of women here in DC who have suits and shoes to match their Vespas. Its really awesome to see.
I ride a scooter everyday, so I'll have to chime in NOT HOT. Only dorks ride scooters. There, I said it.....please let me have this one thing for myself......
Do I do it 'cause it's cool? Nope, I just like getting 84 mpg and actually enjoying the ride to work.....who cares what I look like.
