Every year I think my white white white skin can handle the sun. And every year I burn. I might be one of the top candidates for skin cancer in the nation.
Maybe next week I'll remember the sunscreen.

first one was cycling, second was running. ouch is right! still hurts 3 days later
Considering that I was with you for both burns, I think that I need to be on sunscreen patrol in the future.
Holy crap!!!! That is crazy. I never enter the sun without sunscreen. My Canadian skin is too sensitive. Good luck with that!
