(Parents: Do not let Children Play or climb on top of Dinosaur)
In the space of 2 minutes I saw at least 15 kids on top of the dinosaur. Who knew there were so many illiterate parents in the city I live!

Maybe they think it's more of a guideline than a rule? Hahah. Durr.
On a side note though: is that a play area? Because if so, why put something that the kids can't play on in a play area? Just to torture everyone?

I had the same thought as you. Don't make something that they can't climb on. Kids aren't just going to climb "through."
But then again, look at the the different words that have the first letters capitalized... maybe the mall employees aren't dealing with a full deck either. ha ha
Oh dear, I went there before christmas an didn't even see that sign. Good thing my kid can't climb up there yet. hehehehe
That bugs me. I think some parents think they are above any rules.
